About

Built for country people, by people who act for them

Rural Wills exists because most rural people don't have a valid, up-to-date will — and the usual fix means a trip to town, an unknown fee and a pile of jargon.

Who's behind it

Rural Wills is run by Tim Flynn of Land Law Co, a firm with years of experience in property and rural law. Every will is drafted and checked by a qualified solicitor — this is not a template generator with a legal-sounding name.

The idea is simple: take the thing country people put off for years, give it one fixed price, and make the whole process work online so it fits around farm work, shift work and family life.

How we work

  • Fixed fees that are genuinely fixed — $500 for a single will, $750 for a couples package, stated before you start.
  • Plain English from start to finish. We respect your time and your intelligence.
  • Honesty about fit: complex estates get told upfront that they need a full engagement, not a force-fitted package.

Ready when you are — see how it works or get in touch.
