Single Will — A$500 fixed fee | Rural Wills

Fixed fee

Single Will — A$500

A legally sound will a real solicitor stands behind — sorted online, at a price you know upfront.

What the fixed fee covers

Step 1

Book a time online

Pick a slot on the booking page — you get a confirmation, reminders and a video link (or we phone you instead).

Step 2

Meet your solicitor

A 30-minute video or phone appointment. Plain-English questions about your family, your property and your wishes — no jargon.

Step 3

Pay, then we draft and check

After the meeting you pay the fixed fee. A qualified solicitor drafts and checks your will, then we explain exactly how to sign and witness it.

The single will package covers one will, prepared for one person, for a fixed price of $500. Complex estates (family trusts, companies, farm succession) are quoted separately, and we tell you upfront if that applies to you.

Questions people actually ask

Is an online will actually legit?

Yes — the difference with Rural Wills is that a real solicitor drafts and checks your will. This is not a template generator or a DIY kit. We also explain exactly how to sign and witness it so it is valid.

What if my affairs are complicated?

If your estate involves family trusts, companies or farm succession planning, the fixed-fee package may not be the right fit. We say so upfront and can point you to a full engagement instead.

Will the price change once you see my details?

No. The fee is fixed as advertised. If your situation needs more than the package covers, we tell you before any extra work — you will never get a surprise bill.

Been meaning to sort your will for years?

Book a 30-minute appointment with a solicitor — video or phone, from wherever you are. Fixed fee: $500 single, $750 for couples. No trip to town.
